Collection of Sources

Note: Explore the resources in Parts 3 and 4 in preparation for this week’s Application assignment.
Part 3: Selected Early Childhood Organizations
Three additional sources:
http://www.ed.gov/
The first source I had selected is called "Prepare My Child For School". This source is a great web site because it gives parents, care givers and teachers great information about different programs and also has a tour about Early Learning.

http://www.teachersource.com/
The second source I had selected focuses on the development of small children and what they should be learning through the different stages of their life. During the ages of 18-24 months children learn to print, scribble, rhymes and are curious about the world around them.

http://www.ecs.org/
The third source I had looked up was from the ecs.org web site. This site focuses on the importance of the brain and how it develops.

  1. Darlene,

Thank you for all your comments and support you have given me through the past eight weeks. I wish you luck on the next part of the journey at Walden.
